As some people know, I'm working on the Frugalware LiveCD, called FwLive.
Here's a small status report...
There was a "working" version, but not very good. That worked properly on my machine and when I started it in console-only mode, then on other machines. But I've had no time to continue it and that were a small probe, nothing else. Now I started to write the "setup" scripts (scripts that create fstab, xorg.conf, configure some things). The /proc/cmdline parser (this "file" contains the parameters that got the loader when system started) is quite ready and calls the xconfig script if we start with X. The /etc/fstab creator is also quite ready. I mean the core things are ready, just have to insert them into a clean i686 system to work properly. Everyone can try them here.
Caution! There is no warranty that these script work properly on your computer. Please be careful!
